I wanted to help them understand this new and unfortunate experience, to reduce the fear of the uncertainty they have, and to be a guide to the treatment. I hope to be a team especially with a child blood specialist, helping other medical personnel, nurses, nutritionists, social workers and coordinators to get involved in the treatment.
